For the most part, IL. Subliminal is a living embodiment of Hip Hop music and its effect on the generation that he is apart of. Generation Whine (the generation between X and Zero).
He is a product of a culture that celebrates people who live contradictions like liberal republicans who start off as street scholar pharmacists.
IL. Subliminal is a poet, emcee, beatbox, member of Tomorrow Kings, theater actor, teacher, listener, amateur photographer, a "do it yourself" "Mr. Fix It" type character.
